Many of us are struggling to find our own routines while being stuck at home all day long. Here are some daily schedules that can help keep you on track!

For A Productive Day:

6:30am – Get up and get dressed

6:35am – 6:45am – Morning stretching and exercise

6:45am – 6:50am – Morning meditation

6:50am – 7:15am – Breakfast

7:15am – 8:00am – Read, practice an instrument, do something you enjoy

8:00am – 10:00am – First block of work

10:00am – 10:30am – Break

10:30am – 12:00pm – Second block of work

12:00pm – 1:30pm – Lunch and a break

1:30pm – 3:30pm – Third block of work

3:30pm – 5:30pm – Workout

5:30pm – 6:00pm – Relax and enjoy nature or meditate

6:00pm – 7:00pm – Dinner

7:00pm – 9:00pm – Family time or personal time

9:00pm – 9:30pm – Get ready for bed

9:30pm – Bed time

This schedule allows for nine hours of sleep and five and a half hours of work. Feel free to shift the hours around to best fit your preference. We hope you can follow this schedule into more productive and positive days in this strange time!
